If you find something you like and want some information on it before going to the Open House just give me a call , text me, and / or  e-mail me with your questions or concerns and I will send you over a detailed listing sheet that will show you room sizes, property taxes, how long the house has been on the market, what appliances sell with the house, if the price has recently been reduced, what school district it is in, and what homes within a 5 mile radius of that one have sold for. Remember,  if a home is listed with another office or another Agent, should you want my help, I can give it to you.
