In a traditional real estate transaction the Seller of a property is the party who most often pays the real estate commission to the real estate Agents when the home sells. As there are typically two parties involved in the sale of real estate , A Buyer and A Seller, each parties " side " or Buyers Agent or Sellers Agent gets a percentage of the commission. Example, 6 % total commission on the sale, if structured 50 / 50,  3.0% goes to the Buyers Agent and 3.0% goes to the Selling Agent. Here at Haylo, our total commission charged is between 4%-5.5%. This is no reflection of service. We are a smaller office that acknowledges the tough economic times and recognizes the old dollar bill is hard to come by these days.

3) Our approach to showing your home. We do not use electronic lockboxes or keypads. Your homes entry keys are kept in our office and are never handed out. When your home is opened up for a showing, we are opening it and greeting the Buyers and their Agent. All appointments are made directly through the Listing Agent, not an operator. The same person you told about the squeek in the stairs, the reason the door sticks and why there is a wet spot in the basement due to a broken down spout will set up the appointment. This way, ALL that valuable , detailed information you told us at the listing appointment is shared with a prospective Buyer and not put in a file and forgotten about.

4) Our business hours. 24 / 7, including all day Sundays. Real Estate can be very spontaneous and we are there , to answer the phone, write up the contract or walk that 20 acre horse farm when that Buyer calls us at 8 PM on a Friday or 7 AM on a Sunday. All office calls go directly to the cell phone so no opportunities are missed.
